BDS, Inc. may be used as a reference to Back Door Sales, Inc. from time to time. BDS, Inc. shall and is used as an abbreviation of Back Door Sales, Inc., and should not be confused with any other business or web site with similar abbreviation.

NOTE: If a minor takes their parent's credit card and uses it, the parent is held responsible for the sales. If you believe that there is fraudulent charge made on your card, then you would want to call Visa, MasterCard or Discover to report fraudulent activity on your card. The numbers can be found on your monthly statement.

Payment Agreement

Merchandise, products, services, and services rendered shall be paid for in a timely matter. We accept Visa™, MasterCard™, American Express™ and Discover™ .

NOTE: Payment with a personal check is acceptable with our mail in form. If said check is returned for NSF (Non Sufficient Funds) or found to be fraudulent there will be a minimum $20.00 fee and we will take legal action as the situation arise. Return Policy

Although we hope each and every item delivered to our customer will be received in perfect condition, naturally there is no way to guarantee this. We take great pride in the methods we use to package and inspect your merchandise before it is shipped.

All merchandise in our inventory is guaranteed for 100% satisfaction, however we are not responsible for the shipping and handling charges accrued in returning you're shipment. Therefore, once you're claim has been processed by filing a : RGA Form you will receive a Return Goods Authorization Number for the merchandise. You can then return the merchandise immediately. You can send the merchandise directly to the address on the UPS Return Address Shipment Label.

Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will then immediately issue a complete refund for the purchase price of the item (s) incurred from the original shipment

· All merchandise returned for reasons other than damages must include the original package containing the merchandise received. Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was previously used for shipping their merchandise.

· All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped.
